Customer drop outs
Sometimes, a customer proceeds to check out (after having added items to their basket) and initiates a payment using Safepay, but never completes this (i.e. they do not click "Make Payment" on Safepay).
This will appear in your merchant dashboard only as an initiated transaction, and no other payment information on the customer will be available to you. Sometimes customers do this because they are just curious or because they do not want to proceed with their transaction.
No further information on the customer will be available at this stage from Safepay. We can only provide payment details to merchants on a customer that has clicked "Make Payment" through Safepay as shown below.
