Why are my bank accounts archived?

Safepay has changed the requirements for accounts into which merchants can make withdrawals. 

Previously, merchants would have been able to add up to 4 separate bank accounts in to which they would be able to transfer their balance held with Safepay. As part of our back-end migration and improving our systems, this has now changed. As a result, the previous bank accounts saved on our system will show up as archived - and unable to receive transfers from Safepay. 

Merchants can now only add 1 bank account in to which they can make withdrawals. In short, you require a valid bank account maintenance certificate confirming the particulars of the account in which Safepay will make settle payments on your behalf.
