Additional KYC
We require the following additional information from you if you fall into any of the following business categories:
- Web Hosting
- Information on your servers.
- Links to your profiles on well reputed review sites such as Trustpilot.
- Information on whether you store credit card data for renewals.
- If you are PCI DSS complaint.
- If you are you providing services in EU? If yes, are you GDPR compliant.
- Your policies to ensure that your server is not being used for any illegal activity.
- Scanned copy of a bank statement from your bank with the name of your business written on the statement and showing deposits made into the account from your customers.
- Dropshipping
- Do you keep your inventory or do you have a third party supplier?
- What is your return and refund policy?
- How do you pay your suppliers?
- How did you develop your relationship with your supplier?
- Does your supplier reimburse you for your marketing costs of their goods?
- What happens if the goods do not arrive or the customer wants a refund?
- Order history, delivery information to customers for the last 6 months.
- You must be able to provide us with the screenshots of your current or previous payment processor. These screenshots must confirm transactions occurring through your provided URL.
- Scanned copy of a bank statement from your bank with the name of your business written on the statement and showing deposits made into the account from your customers.
- Non Profit Organizations
- If you are a non-profit organisation, you will have to provide a scan of an attested copy of the certificate of incorporation (and any renewal) issued to you by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
- If you are a society, you will have to provide an attested copy of the approval certificate provided to you under the Societies Registration Act 1860.
- If you are a Voluntary Social Welfare Agency you will have to provide a scan of an attested copy of the approval certificate provided to you under the Societies Registration Act 1860.
- If you are a trust, you will have to provide:
- A scan of an attested copy of the trust deed which created the trust.
- A list of the current trustees.
- CNIC and NTN of each trustee.
- Who are the beneficiaries of the trust?
- If you are a non-profit organisation, trust, society or voluntary social welfare agency, you will have to provide your FBR registration documents. If you do not pay tax, you will have to provide a valid tax exemption certificate issued by FBR.
