Not getting emails from Safepay?
When you sign up to Safepay you must provide a valid email address that you regularly use or have access to.
We use this email address to communicate with you and also verify your identity by sending you an activation link. Without clicking on this link, you will not be able to use Safepay.
You will receive a verification email from firstname.lastname@example.org as shown in the image below.
Once you click to verify your email address the following screen should appear on your browser.
Not received an email from Safepay?
In rare situations, you might not receive an email from Safepay after having signed up. There can be various reasons why this can happen. Most of the time it is because our email has ended up in your junk or spam folder.
This is what you should do if you don’t receive an email from Safepay:
- Check your spam / junk folder.
- Check that any firewall or anti-spam software you have installed is not blocking emails from Safepay.
If the above methods don’t help, contact your email support so they can look into the issue from their backend and solve it permanently.
Important to Note:
All chargeback notifications are sent to the email you registered with. It is very important that this email is one that is regularly reviewed by someone in your organization that can respond to chargebacks. This is so you do not lose money to wrongful chargeback claims and we do not have to suspend you from our system.
