Refunding a transaction on subscriptions

How to refund a subscription transaction


  • When on the subscription detail page you will be able to view the transactions associated with the subscription in a data table present at the bottom of the screen. 
  • Once you choose the transaction you choose to refund the amount for, you will be taken to the transactions detail page on the top right hand corner of the screen you will find the tracker ID of the transaction there you can locate the refund button. 
  • By clicking on the refund button you will initiate the refund process for your customer
  • This will initiate a new transaction on the subscription following the transaction states listed above. 

Note: You can refund transactions associated with subscriptions that have ended as well.
